The group’s average selling price rose 5.9% to £257,400, with home completions up 16% to 1,902 during the year.
The group also confirmed a new strategy revealed by Property Week in March of a new five-year target of more than doubling output to 4,000 homes by 2023.
The growth will be delivered through extending the product range and a geographic expansion.
