VI can invest up to $40,000.00 dollars performing due diligence on any one file. These funds are spent on in-house employees and others who perform diligence on a borrowers documents. This is one reason VI will offer a restructure on a file if the risks associated with a file become known and are unattainable to fund the offer. VI will have allocated funds invested in this process and it makes financial sense to provide the project and borrower with a funding structure applicable to their scenario parameters.
